HOW TO BUY?
- Browse through our online store to get to the desired product(s);
- Choose the size you want and add the product(s) to the Shopping Cart;
- When you have all the desired products in the Shopping Cart, click Checkout - if you have not already done so, login or register;
- Choose whether you want to pick up in one of our stores or if you want to be delivered to an address of your choice;
- Fill in billing, and payment information;
- Review your order and click on Make Payment.
DELIVERY METHOD
Erlebniswelt-fliegenfischenShops.pt ships their products with CTT Expresso in Portugal and uses different partners for International Deliveries — UPS and DHL.
Each shipment is accompanied by the invoice.
Deliveries only occur on business days.
As an indication, without this having any connection to Erlebniswelt-fliegenfischenShops.pt and except for the unavailability of the products or other possible causes, your order will be delivered according to the following deadlines:
- 2 Work at Erlebniswelt-fliegenfischenShops;
- 3 to Portugal and Spain. For;
The delivery times are indicative and therefore are considered valid when there are no physical or structural impediments (for example: incorrect addresses or unexpected setbacks).
Note: During the Sales, Black Friday and other high load work weeks, orders may suffer slight processing delays.
SHIPPING COSTS
The amount to be paid for shipping, in addition to the price of the purchased products, is calculated automatically when finishing the purchase.
Shipping is free on all orders above 50€ Everything is ready for you to receive our news, promotions and campaigns Portuguese Islands, shipping is 10€.
If below 50€, a 3,90€ shipping fee will be applied.
Erlebniswelt-fliegenfischenShops will not be held responsible for any additional costs derived from customs or local taxes associated with any delivery.
TRACKING ORDERS
Your tracking number will be provided via e-mail, in order to be able to keep tracking of your order on www.ctt.pt or on the websites from the respective partners (International Shipments).
You can also check the status of the order in your Customer Area.
LOST PACKAGE
In case you don’t get your order in the deadlines stated above, you should contact Erlebniswelt-fliegenfischenShops customer service. During this period, no refund can be made until we verify and confirm the loss of the package.
